social support
Social Support involves having a group or individuals or entities or all of them that support your willingness to make lifestyle changes. These folks are there during the good times, and, equally as important, they’re there during the struggles and are able to positively affect your decision making.
A great support system has the power to outperform difficult situations.
The support group can include a spouse or significant other, children, parents, siblings, coworkers, employees, fellow students and more. We have to understand their influence on us and know that they have a large impact on who we are and what we become.
These questions are designed to assess the level of support you currently have. Just select the response that most closely resembles your situation. Be authentic and honest with your answers. This is being done so we can find the areas that may be obstructing or presenting undue challenges.
Also, it’s easy to attribute present ills to outside sources. Let’s resist doing that because the outside sources can only affect us if we let them. We have the ability to put ourselves in the right positions to create the most success.
We will find the best ways to do that.
