The reasons for exercise are varied.
People do it for performance, maintenance, health, aesthetics, keeping physical independence, mitigating risks of injuries, quality of life and more. The reasons, however, can be sabotaged by the attitude toward the workout program or individual exercises.
Something you’re not doing now, or haven’t done up to this point, has you in a position where you’re seeking something different or need to do something different. A person may want to change. A person may need to change. But is that person ready to change?
