NUTRITION & KITCHEN INVENTORY

The most fundamental law of human nutrition states: If a food is in your possession or located in your residence or in your car or in your back pack - you will eventually eat it. It doesn’t matter if you plan to eat it or not. If it’s there you’re going to eat it. Now, the second most fundamental law of human nutrition states: You will only cook the foods for which you have the utensils. Doesn’t matter if you love lentils and bell peppers and mushrooms and you want to combine them and whip up a cajun lentil étouffé. If you fail to have the cookware to make this, you’re heading to Popeye’s - again. More spicy chicken and red beans and rice.

Folks if you wish to be healthier, you must remove all foods that aren’t part of your healthy eating program and replace them with a variety of better, healthier choices AND have the right utensils in which to cook the healthy food.
